  • Where does MSC Seaside depart from?

    The MSC Seaside departs from Port of Miami - just a 15 minute ride from Miami  International Airport.

  • How Do I Check In for the cruise?

    You can easily do this through the free MSC For Me app you can download.


    It will ask your booking number (an 8 digit number starting with a 4 or 5 - this should be in a reservation confirmation email from MSC) If you can't find this let me know.


    You will also associate a credit card with your cabin as there is no money exchanged on board. This is very important as you will not be able to disembark the ship without settling any purchases you made on board.

  • Do I need a Passport?

    YES! PLEASE check your passport and make sure it will be valid at least 6 months from the time of travel - January 2026. If not, make sure to renew it immediately.

  • What airport do I fly into?

    You will fly into Miami International Airport (MIA).

  • When should I arrive/when should I leave?

    Plan to arrive no later than the morning of Friday January 23 , 2026. The ship begins boarding at 10 AM and departs at 5 PM.


    Consultants will want to arrive in Miami no later than the morning of Thursday January 22, 2026. The Consultant-Only meeting will start at 9 am EST.

  • Internet / Phone On Board

    Prior to sailing, please make sure your phone has "wifi calling" enabled. This is generally done through your phone settings or your provider. Make sure in your phone this setting is enabled. 




    With your cabin you will have 2 wifi connections included (plus premium drinks!). If you have multiple people in your cabin and you all plan on using multiple devices - cell phone, computer, etc - make sure to upgrade your package to the desired amount of devices (4, 6, etc...)

  • What clothes should I bring?

    Attire at all FCC conferences is Tropical Casual / Business Casual. FCC branded Polo, shorts and flip flops are my preferred daytime conference outfit. Consider this a working vacation. Please check the agenda above for any themed nights.

  • How do I register my brand for the convention?

    Franchisors - fill out the registration form on the website. This will notify us of your interest in attending and we will generate an invoice for the registration fee.


    Registration Fees are:


    $6750 by Sept 1, 2025 - Early Bird

    $7750 by Oct 1, 2025 - Middle  Bird

    $8750 by Nov 1, 2025 - Late Bird



    Once your brands has paid the registration fee, you are registered. The registration fee is non-refundable.


  • Do I get a confirmation?

    You will receive an invoice via email to pay the registration fee for your brand(s). 


  • Do you accept Credit Cards?

    You can use your credit card to pay the registration fee if you have not already. If you have not received an invoice or are not sure if your brand has paid, please contact Pete Neonakis.


  • I registered and paid the registration fee for the convention, does this include cruise and transfers?

    NO! Please make sure to make your hotel reservations using our dedicated registration portal (see above link - RESERVE YOUR ROOM).

  • Can I bring my spouse / family?

    ABSOLUTELY! All FCC Conferences are a family affair.  MSC Seaside is VERY kid-friendly with tons of activities and pools. Many of our guests bring their spouses/family and make a winter vacation of it.

  • I booked ship reservations, am I automatically registered for the convention?

    NO! You must register via this website and pay the registration fee for your brand to attend (see above). If in doubt, please call Pete Neonakis at 234-400-9140 or via email at pete@thefranchiseconsultingcompany.com

  • I need to edit my attendees...how?

    Make sure to register all your guests via the registration form on the website. If you need to add any guests, use the form. If you need to remove, let Pete Neonakis know.

  • I would like to bring some promotional items and/or information other than what is on my one sheet, how many do I plan for?

    If you are giving items to just the consultants, plan on around 100 consultants. If you are bringing items for all the attendees, plan on 350.


  • I need to upload my one sheet…how? What information is needed?

    We will send out a survey to complete once registration is closed on December 1, 2026. You will attach your one sheet and all attendee info for name badges.

  • I have questions about my ship reservation - who do I contact?

    Raul Godoy - email is best as the 800 number can be a bit of a wait to connect. 

  • I have general questions about the conference I do not see answers to here - who do I contact?
