Have questions? We've got answers.

  • What's going on with my room from the winter 2021 conference?

    All reservations have been moved to summer 2021 to reflect the same amount of days you had initially booked.

  • Where is Club Med Sandpiper Bay located?

    Club Med Sandpiper Bay is located at 4500 Southeast Pine Valley Street, 3.6 miles from the center of Port St. Lucie. Botanical Gardens is the closest landmark to Club Med Sandpiper Village.

  • How far is Club Med Sandpiper Bay from the airport?

    Club Med Sandpiper Bay is 41 miles from Palm Beach International Airport. Club Med Sandpiper Bay is about halfway between Miami and Orlando.

  • When should I arrive/when should I leave?

    Consultants - the consultant only meeting starts at Club Med Sandpiper Bay at 9am on Monday June 28, 2021.


    Franchisors and partners - plan to arrive at the resort no later than the morning of Tuesday June 29, 2021. Brand Registration will run from 9-12pm and the Welcome Address begins at 2pm. Make sure to give yourself ample time as the nearest airport is 50 miles away.


    The closing party (not to be missed!) will be Thursday July 1, 2021 at 2pm.


    We highly recommend staying the weekend. :)

  • What clothes should I bring?

    Casual / business casual will be fine. Consider this a working vacation. :)

  • Can I bring my spouse / family?

    Absolutely. All FCC Conferences are a family affair. Club Med is very kid friendly and many of our guests bring their spouses / family and make a summer vacation of it.

  • I registered for the convention, does this include hotel and transfers?

    NO! Please make sure to make your hotel reservations using our dedicated registration portal (see above link). Transfers can be arranged through Club Med - but we recommend renting a car at whatever airport you fly into (Palm Beach, Miami or Orlando).

  • I booked hotel reservations, am I automatically registered for the convention?

    NO! You must register via this website (see above). If in doubt, please call Pete Neonakis at 234-400-9140 or via email at pete@thefranchiseconsultingcompany.com

  • Did I register for the convention?

    Once your brands has paid the registration fee, you are registered. Registration fee is non-refundable.


  • I need to upload my one sheet…how? What information is needed?

    We will send out a survey to complete once registration is closed on November 1, 2021. You will attach your one sheet and all attendee info for name badges.

  • I need to edit my attendees...how?

    Make sure to register all your guests via the registration form on the website. If you need to add any guests, use the form. If you need to remove, let Pete Neonakis know.

  • Do I get a confirmation?

    You will receive an invoice via Square to pay online. 


  • Do you accept Credit Cards?

    You can use your credit card to pay the registration fee via Square if you have not already. If you have not recieved an invoice or are not sure if your brand has paid, please contact Pete Neonakis.


  • I would like to bring some promotional items and/or information other than what is on my one sheet, how many do I plan for?

    If you are giving items to just the consultants, plan on around 100+. If you are bringing items for all the attendees, plan on 350.


*** There will be no refunds to the individual guest once reservation is made and pre-paid - unless a Force Majeure situation exists.***
***Conference fees are non-refundable.***
