Do I need a Passport?
YES! Travel to Dominican Republic requires a valid passport!!! PLEASE check your passport and make sure it will be valid at least 6 months from the time of travel - June 2023. If not, make sure to renew it immediately as processing times may have been affected due to Covid.

What airport do I fly into?
You will fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
When should I arrive/when should I leave?
Consultants - the consultant only meeting starts at Iberostar Selection Bavaro at 9am on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Most consultants will fly in the day before or earlier.
Franchisors and partners - plan to arrive at the resort no later than the morning of Wednesday, June 14 , 2023. Brand Registration will run from 9-12pm and the Welcome Address begins at 2pm. Make sure to give yourself ample time as Punta Cana can be a VERY busy airport and the resort is 20 minutes north.
The closing party (not to be missed!) will be Friday, January 27, 2022 at 2pm.
We highly recommend staying the weekend as we will have an optional adventure day on Saturday January 28 - a great way to get more quality face time with everyone.

How do I register my brand for the convention?
First, fill out the registration form on the website. This will notify us of your interest in attending and we will generate an invoice for the registration fee of $8750.
Once your brands has paid the registration fee, you are registered. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Do I get a confirmation?
You will receive an invoice via email to pay the registration fee for your brand(s).
Do you accept Credit Cards?
You can use your credit card to pay the registration fee if you have not already. If you have not received an invoice or are not sure if your brand has paid, please contact Pete Neonakis.
I registered and paid the registration fee for the convention, does this include hotel and transfers?
NO! Please make sure to make your hotel reservations using our dedicated registration portal (see above link - RESERVE YOUR ROOM). Transfers can be arranged through our DMC or you can take a taxi from the airport. Private and shared hourly vans will be available.
Can I bring my spouse / family?
ABSOLUTELY! All FCC Conferences are a family affair. Iberostar Selection Bavaro is VERY kid-friendly with tons of activities and pools. Many of our guests bring their spouses/family and make a winter vacation of it.
I booked hotel reservations, am I automatically registered for the convention?
NO! You must register via this website and pay the registration fee for your brand to attend (see above). If in doubt, please call Pete Neonakis at 234-400-9140 or via email at pete@thefranchiseconsultingcompany.com
I need to edit my attendees...how?
Make sure to register all your guests via the registration form on the website. If you need to add any guests, use the form. If you need to remove, let Pete Neonakis know.
I would like to bring some promotional items and/or information other than what is on my one sheet, how many do I plan for?
If you are giving items to just the consultants, plan on around 100 consultants. If you are bringing items for all the attendees, plan on 350.
I need to upload my one sheet…how? What information is needed?
We will send out a survey to complete once registration is closed on December 1, 2023. You will attach your one sheet and all attendee info for name badges.
